It doesn't look like you have anything to offer your employer aside from being good at talking. Unfortunately, talking the customer's ear off is not encouraged in most restaurants.
As for your wish of having a yoga institution provides you with a degree (are you planning to pay for the course or do you expect your employer to give it to you for free?) so you can talk to their customers, it's too unrealistic for words. (My first thought: What bizarre yoga class would hire someone to shatter their customers' tranquility with meaningless chatting?)

There are many Indian restaurants in Vietnam, especially in Ho Chi Minh City. You would need to contact them directly and network with the Indian business community by searching on Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, etc. to get more information.
However, yoga is mostly taught by Vietnamese women, so I don't think there is much opportunity in teaching yoga.
