Good day, until now my present company did not make approval for the request in QIWA, is there any chance that i can contest or complain for the delay of approval in employee transfer? Thanks
Any one can help me about my query? Thanks a lot
Hello Sir, Jay if you are referring to transfer of sponsorship, mine was a little bit a threat from the previous company to the new, I mean in some legal way. the previous company called me and gave me ultimatum to finish all process with the new company or else the old company will mark me "Houruf" or "Runaway" in which it is more difficult for new company to finalize their quest. So, what I did was, I told the HR in the new company that this is the case, in less than a day, It was done. Hope this will help. There is also the possibility that the new company did not paid the fee in the system that's why the system cannot process.
Actually my present employer have some requirement, they need me to return back the end of service benefit money that they have sent before then they will approve the request in qiwa & again they will return back the money, for this moment i dont have the money with me anymore because they send it to me since april 16 & only yesterday they informed me about the company policy that after i receive new iqama from new employer then they will give back my esb
Hi jay, any update? Did your current employer accepted it?
Hi, i want to ask that my employer fid not make online contract on qiwa. My aqama expires in 1 month but only written contract remains till march 2022. I have pending salaries for 3 months. Company hasnt complied with many labor rules like salaries, aqama renewals, incomplete staff and banned them to issue visa or hire anyone. Can i transfer to another company without their permission? Or if they reject the transfer, can i still move out? My visa was not issued by them.

But i do finish my contract and i file to transfer employee i dont see any wrongfull move that i made and now im only 9days left in qiwa portal to solved my porblem is there any possible way to fix this or i should complain with the labour office

Did you even inform your HR that you have send the transfer request in QIWA ?
there is no fix way except you talk to you sponsor or HR department to response on it.
if this is your first sponsor who brings you in kingdom then they have full rights to ask you continue with them if you not agree then its their will to allow you to transfer or send you back
if current employer is not your first sponsor then you can ask them to stop renewing your contract and you must inform that by resignation officially keeping in mind your notice period.
Same case I already give notice period 2months before resignation my current company but he give me Exit even I request in HR I have 2nd sponsor but he said we have no company policy about give back to you Local Transfer. I accepted new request by Qiwa 60 days notice period already done....
Pls guide

Yes my first sponsor brings me in the kingdom but we have a here in the kingdom government rules which is kafala system that imposed the employee have there right to transfer to another employer if the contract is already finish. They can transfer without any consent from his previous employer

Wrong.
That law also give the power to these companies to deny the transfer.
If it is just simple as that why have they put the option there to approve by the current employer?
Don't spread false info.
It is not you who is paying all the taxes or fee to the government like people do in Europe.
These companies are paying everything so, they have some authority to some limits.
If these companies have no authority then how do they put final exit on the visas?
Come to light, this is not Europe, don't give false leads to others.
If your employer give you the transfer or you get it without his approval then it doesn't mean that everyone can get it just like that.
Good Evening Guys,
I also facing a problem for transfer, last April 2021 I inform my current employer that I don't to renew my iqama because I have an offer in other company through email, and when I am giving the official letter for receive, They don't want to sign.
Now my Iqama will going to expire this coming 3rd of September 2021, 11 Days Remaining, Do I need to inform my current employer again? Is it true that if my iqama will expired and I have a request in qiwa, My Iqama will automatically transferred?

Nope.
It can be approved if iqama is expired for at least one month.
So, you need permission from the current employer.
Ask them politely to give you the transfer.
Don't be harsh and don't say anything stupid because they can put final exit on your visa in 5 minutes.
And they can renew your iqama too.
So keep that in mind.
If they force you to continue work then, just right after iqama renewal ask them for salary increment or put final exit.
That way you can manipulate them.
Thanks a lot for this.

You seems like a person who read only headline "New QIWA system is launched which will support expats to get transfer of sponsor and its beneficial for expats"
Brother Do not ever forget you live in a kingdom not a republican country, when word kingdom comes means you need permission for each and everything, you need to get a telephone line you need permission from your sponsor and you thing now you can transfer to another sponsor without his consent. doesn't it sound funny ??
Brother humble request , people here ask their queries who are extremely in tension and have some serious problems. So by giving wrong information and wrong hope can make their life more difficult so please avoid wrong information until you have authorized documented or reference from law books or at least you have gone through that kind of case.
First apply a new company and get job offer letter and you can transfer immediately if your current employer did not give you 3 months salary. Proceed to labor and bring the new offer for the new job then you can work smoothly for the new company 100 percent no objection.
Dear if your contract finished with your current employer if you have plan to transfer other company you have to submit a end contract letter and give them minimum of 60 days notice period and most of all get a offer letter for a new company so that is easily for you to move.
I have penalty to pay to my current employer due to unfinished contract..should I pay this first before joining new employer or I can join new employer and let them deal with it during the sponsorship transfer via qiwa?
