Make an appointment at SEF portugal

Good morning all,

Please I want to know how can I make an appointment at SEF for family reunification(husband resident in portugal).

The 2 numbers do not work.
808 202 653 (rede fixa) / 808 962 690 (rede móvel)

And it is impossible to fix an appointment by e-mail.

and according to you if I visit SEF CENTRAL (Lisbon) can I get an appointment or not.

Do not hesitate to tell me if there is another way to make an appointment.
