My brazilian wife and me married in february 2019.
She lives since in switzerland with me. she has never deregistered from the tax authorities. She had no income since. Does she have to pay any taxes in Brazil? Will my (husband) income abroad be taken into account?

Your wife should consult the nearest Brazilian Consulate General  (Geneva or Zurich) or the Consular Section at the Brazilian Embassy in Bern on how to regularize her tax status.  Since she has no income, it should not be too difficult, particularly if any taxes she owed prior to your marriage were paid before she moved to Switzerland.   Unless you have Brazilian income, your income shouldn't enter the picture.
