Searching for Nachmieter

Hallo,
we are moving back to Greece and we are looking for someone to rent our flat (2 Bedrooms ) and wants also to buy the furniture. I have posted an add to the housing section here at this site.
Have a nice day!
Best wishes
Irini

It would be good to include the location (city) in your post.

No mistake to put an ad here but advertising locally is much more likely to get results. There should be plenty of options in local newspapers and internet sites. With the tight housing market, it should be relatively easy to rent out a nice place as long as the price is reasonable.

Thanks for the remarks. I have full details for the flat in the category Housing, and I am waiting for the approval from the administrator. Shortly you can see it.

The add is on, take a look!

I assume it is the apartment in Schöneberg. I already saw the ad. But my point is still valid; such ads here will not reach a large audience of potentially interested people as compared to any kind of local advertising.

OK, not the ad I had assumed. But advertising it locally is still valid.

And one should add a few more details; like is this rent amount including utilities or not? How big is the balcony? The list included a cellar; is this a common space or are there separate rooms for each apartment? Or some apartments have a common room in the cellar with washers and dyers which can save one space in their own apartment. Is there a parking spot or parking garage included?

Also a picture of the kitchen would be good. And does it have built in appliances and cupboards - since often in Germany an apartment comes with a completely empty kitchen. A really nice built in kitchen can greatly improve the value.
