Hello All,
I am looking to move to Spain early next year, and I own two businesses. I own one outright, and one I share with another Director.
Does anyone know about the implications to the business in terms of Tax (Corp and Income/Dividend) - and where I should start in terms of getting things organised/ready?

Legally if your a resident of spain you have to declare your Global income and can potentially be taxes on it. You need a gestoria. I may know an economical accountant in Valencia that speaks English.
