The company might very well be guenuine, and even great people to work for, but that doesn't mean someone can't steal their name for a con.

Basic things to be careful of:

They ask for original documents by post
They ask for money for anything
They ask you to deposit money in your own name to prove you have funds
You got the offer without applying and/or interview

They had interview last week.

it may be the basic requirements, am not sure about expatriates hiring procedures.
