Hi can anyone help me?

I am very new to this! I am trying to exchange my villa in Fuerteventura for a house in Murcia but I cannot seem to be able to get anywhere.

Does anyone have nay advice at all?

Thanks

Sally:)

Hi Sally,

I've seen a website that purports to do property exchnage in spain - it's [moderated]

TBH, I'd just contact estate agents in Murcia and see if any know much about it - there's a good list on Kyero at that link

Hello Sallie Marie,

Although it is more than a year ago that you wrote your E-mail I wish to respond.
I am looking for a place in Fuerteventura to pass the wintermonths, i.e. from around november until april each year.
In return I offer my bungalow in Los Alcázares (Murcia) which may me used all-year around. It is my second home in Los Alcázares which is empty since my mother who lived there died in march 2008.
I do NOT know Fuerteventura, only have been to Gran Canaria a few times. What I DO know that I hate the cold and the winter!

Friendly greetings from Oscar (54) in Los Alcázares.

You can contact fellow Spain posters we have here. Its best to exchange places with people you at least trust.
