Am planning to come to Singapore as a student from Sri Lanka in march
For international students arrive in Singapore as instructed by the college
I have to adhere for government setup procedure by paying 2000 +200 SDG
I would like to know for the students, there is any other option which cost low fees (less than 2000)

You have to follow government regulations, there is no alternative to that.
If you are lucky, the rules will relax by the time you come. But nobody can guarantee that.
