New members of the Kenya forum, introduce yourselves here - 2021

Hi. I'm new here.
I used to be a software engineer for 8 years in South Korea and have experience in voluntary work for two years in Kenya(2008, 2020).
I'd like to move to Kenya with my family and if there's a chance, I'd like to teach computer classes to Kenyan youth who want to be a programmer.
Unfortunately, I had to come back to Korea last year cause of coronavirus and am searching for a permit to stay in Kenya longer. So, I would be happy to listen if you could give me any advice about the permit or some tips for living in Nairobi(I just stayed in a rural place when I was in Kenya).
I'm happy that I can communicate with you all and again I appreciate your advice.

My Kenyan wife and I are thinking of retiring on the Kenyan coast up to 1 hr or so north or south of Mombasa. All advice welcome regarding best places for house purchase, amenities, safety, recreation etc. Will not need to work but would be interested in volunteering as I can sit around for only so long.
