New members of the Barbados forum, introduce yourselves here - 2021

Good morning from the south coast of the UK.
We joined this forum as my husband accepted a job in South America and I'd like to be nearer than Dorset for his days off.
Two teens would come with me, other kids are grown and have left home.

However the job seems a bit vague now 🙄.
He's a British Army trained vehicle mechanic (also air conditioning and refrigeration engineer) and I'm a nurse and complementary therapist.
We are considering retiring somewhere as beautiful as Barbados, but have many years of work in us still if the jobs are available.

Anyway, have a fab day one and all.
