Does anyone know where in the algarve i can purchase fresh or frozen parsnips

I believe there is an Iceland shop in Portimão which you could try. They might have them in there!

Have tried the Iceland in Loule & they didn’t have them i live in the eastern algarve, have tried most of the supermarket no luck.

Hi Jean,

In Portuguese it is called "Cherovias".
Here it is not widely used, so it can be hard to find...

Thanks for the info will have to see what the criteria is to be a member of macro but we are hopefully going to grow our own, have ordered some seeds online so hope for the best if not will try macro.
