Am a Singaprean currently staying in CM, been here for slightly over 2 years.
Not sure about the Singaporean expat community, but Knows a few Singaporean here. As for the cost of living, depends quite on yourself to begin with, that is your lifestyle. And for housing, you have to be more precise on this question. Buying or renting, condo, bungalow etc ?
