Hi Raghu

Will you be paid your salary in South Africa or will you be paid abroad while working in South Africa? I ask as you mention that you work for a Swiss MNC.

If you wish I can gladly send you the details of the accountant I use, she can tell you what you could expect to pay in terms of tax.

I would also suggest that you speak to an international tax expert if you have assests/income abroad, yet will be working here in South Africa. Some countries have double taxation agreements with South Africa which govern where tax is payable. Here too I can refer you to an expert.

Let me know and I will message their details to you.
