Saudi Engineering Council Renew Membership issue

Dear All

I am Engineering degree holder, working as Maintenance Engineer on Technician Visa Electrical.

I registered with SCE last year as a Technician without Diploma and got accepted with the renewal of Iqama. Now I am stuck in my home country and iqama is expired, I try to renew the membership but couldn't do because the add new request button is not appearing. Tried to contact them via twitter and they told me to send an email which I have done and waiting for reply.

Upon studying I came to know that who have not submitted the diploma in Technician visa, there membership has been suspended and can't renew.

Kindly advice what to do as I can't visit them and can't do anything as I am stuck in my home country.

One important thing that my both ticks are green, someone told me that if both jawazat and yaqeen ticks are green you can update your iqama without renew. is this correct?
