I tried to go on this site

I was able to get an account and go to introductory video but when I try to open a module to lear it is not loading, Any one has an idea if I can use that in the US

I think your question relates to the link about the Portuguese government's free platform to help you learn Portuguese. I think this platform can be used outside of Portugal and is free.
