Hello everyone can i get my remaining salary after i resigned during my 3 months probation? Because my employer didn't give my last salary yet. Thankyou for your answer.

File a case with Ministry of labour.

Thank you for the answer sir. But the thibg is i did not submit a resignation letter to the post office. I only submit my resignation to my manager and they accept it. They already canceled my visa. What to do sir?

Read what I wrote. What you are saying is irrelevant. Only MOL can help in case of financial disputes over salary & benefits irrespective of visa status.
