I was employed at a government University as a Language Instructor. My contract is not renewed. I have got a job in the private sector as a language instructor. Will my current employer allow me to transfer iqama?
what are the options?
Please guide.

You have to speak to your employer. No one here can say whether they will allow you to transfer or not.
The only options are to transfer if they allow or get a final exit, leave and then come back on new visa.
Iqama transfer is not a right of the employee if they are brought into the country on a new visa by the employer.
