Thank you 😊
Hopefully will get help through this platform .

actually, yr questions are too relative. yet, without knowing his current situation nor his needs, i still dont think that there will be a satisfactory difference between being citizen or not. i dont know yr criterias about being "well developed", comparing which countries, but honestly speaking, you may be disappointed, particularly with public services.
however, if you are financially powerful, yes you can have almost any kind of special care, education, etc. here in turkey.

Thank you for your response.
You mean to say there are not enough good schools in which he can study and healthcare system as well (being a special need child ) ?
He cannot walk yet , he is delayed in each and every milestones . But his case is not severe .
My concern is only to give him good education and health care . Private sectors are very expensive in Turkey !

it is likewise in many other countries, pls dont be cheated by fake serials.
how would you get citizenship if you dont have financial power?

We have financial power but either we can invest and take citizenship or we can enroll him in private sector .
If we will go to UK we will enroll him in public sector because they have good public schools . That's why I was comparing with other countries to turkey .
My question is . If public schools are not then why most of the popularity is studying in Public schools ?
From which school you graduated ? Private ? If yes , can u help me in giving info about that school's fee structure ?

first of all, i didnt say public schools are bad, but of course worse than private ones in general. and of course most of the population have to study in public ones as it is all over the world, how to afford for private ones? on the other hand, you were looking for a speacial care and education service, not an ordinary one with regular system.
private schools are around 50K lira (+/- 30K, plus meal & transport) depending on the brand name, grade, facilities, location, etc. remember that the best ones dont accept students without success exam.

Okay , thank you so much ! Appreciate it .

hello yzee

There is a school specialised for kids with special needs? This is mostly for disabled teenagers and kids.

There are also some other private care centers for that.
In şirinevler region I know two at least.

All the best,

@Yzee Wa alaikum asalam! It's been two years now. Please tell me what decision you did take then? Actually My daughter is also developmental delayed but she needs only good counseling. I want to move Turkey for good environment and education. Did you move to Turkey then?

Hello, I am Turkish and living in Istanbul. I have a son, and he is a special need child. I don't know whether you found an answer for your question since it has passed 2 years then, but if you are still thinking to come Istanbul, I can recommend an institution for your child. ***
