I have applied for a job and they selected me. However, they submit an application to ESD and got a notification that the process is rejected. Is it because of the current situation or their might be another reason. The company said they will re submit the application, is there a chance to receive approval?

Actually for new application, is better to get an agent to assist and of course not a lot of company will do that coz it's quite pricey and using the esd online, only needs to pay for the application and levies. If you may look for an agent, here's a recommendation, Mr Harideran K. from Affirmative Solutions, you can find them at linked in and they are quite good, although just for exit and return passes and not new application but who knows, he might able to assist your company.
