Hi Guys, with Malta National visa can we visit any other European country example German or itlay until airports open?

Once you have a stamp from one Schengen country you're allowed to visit other Schengen countries for the duration.
Your Schengen visa has to be issued by the country you will stay in longest. Resident permit is a Schengen visa.
