I'm an amateur birdwatcher myself and one of the times I visited Denmark I spent a few hours in the National Park Vadehavet southwest of Ribe. A great number of aquatic and migratory birds. And also, a number of different species from the ones I usually watch here in Portugal. I would highly recommend the Park

Migratory birds are indeed exciting to study, as they have fixed routes, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vogelfluglinie, and you can furthermore predict when the migration will take place.

Another interesting place to watch the birds is Vejlerne, an area located at Limfjorden: https://www.dof.dk/oplev-fuglene/fugles … d/vejlerne
