Only high specialized jobs, foreigner cant be hired for jobs that can be done by locals.

Just as a pointer, all expats i know (myself included) get our education certificates/ apprentiships etc confirmed as authentic from issuing organisations from our home countries, some expats from some countries have tried to use false certificates and as a note with many countries its illeagal to lie on your CV or submit false documents, im not suggesting you would, but doing this with real certification will speed up the process when you gain a position

Very limited before, now more so as a result of the virus mess.
Specialist work will be available as soon as travel restrictions are lifted, but everything else remains impossible to engage in legally
