To be perfectly honest, I think there is close to zero chance. Taiwanese are already very skilled at this kind of work and I cannot understand why they would want to employ a foreigner to do this sort of work. Also, it seems that you have already planned a move to Taiwan, but do you speak Mandarin or Taiwanese? I would guess that you have more chance of getting a job in a different field and that still will not be easy.
