Buying a house in Albania!

Hello

I have been travelling to Albania back and forth for the last few years now and interested in making the move permenantly.
I'm hoping to set up my accommodation first so that I can then look to job etc before the big move - it'll give me time to tie up loose ends over here.
I'm looking to buy a residential property in Durres, Albania and struggling to find a mortage package for non-residents to buy in Albania and was wondering whether anyone could help, advise/sign post?
My preference is to get a morgage and purchase and sadly again struggling to find a package in the UK to allow me to do so.
Any help really welcomed,
