Real estate market

Hi everyone in paradise.
Was hoping to get some opinions on the housing market, in specific new build eco houses.
We have several plots of land in South Mauritius and was intending on relocating from UK to Mauritius this year to start developing.
Obviously I have concerns with the current situation and trying to get an idea what the expectations are in Mauritius, when lockdown is lifted..
