Hi i am planning on renovating a property in Burgas as close to black sea as possible and have read problems with builders which is the same anywhere and wanted advice on maybe trusted companies? Individuals etc and how cheap are materials.

I'm looking for holiday home plan to retire in future I will be doing my research when I visit in next few months when restrictions lifted.

Please only constructive advice wanted don't need to hear don't build all builders will rip you off etc as not helpful at all.

My advice would be to get someone involved who understands both the market and construction / health and safety standards in Bulgaria, they would have access to reliable builders
