Indian food takeaway in Latvia

Hi i want to open an Indian food takeaway join in Letvia, I need some guidance wheter it will work there .. Mainly I want to servev hyderabadi dum biryani, kabab partntha, keema parntha and some indian snaks like Dosa, ildi, samosa etc
