Income tax refund leaving the Netherlands

Hello.
I am living in the Netherlands for 14 years as expat.
I am going to leave the Netherlands soon but I heard that I can claim to tax office(belasting) my income tax rebate for 14 years.
Who someone might be knew that how much can be calculated myself? (Of course it must be applied to and then can be knowing but)
For example, my annual income tax was 15,000- 20,000. For 14 years 250,000 euros I have paid. Among this amount how much can be returned?
Please advise.
Thank you.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

No, I'm not aware of any system where you can claim back any of the income tax you've paid in the Netherlands if you decide to move out of the country.  I'd be interested in knowing where you've seen this as I've heard of scammers offering this service for the payment of a "small fee" up front.  The best place to go to for tax advice is always the Belastingdienst; there is a whole section on their website where you can get information related to moving abroad; this link will take you straight there.

Hope this helps.
