Hello everyone,
Who can actually still come or come back to Canada during COVID-19 crisis?
Since March 26 2020, enter Canada is only allowed for:
- Canadian citizens
- Permanent residents in Canada
- Temporary workers with a valid work permit or with an introduction letter from IRCC dated from before March 18
- International students with a valid study permit or with an introduction letter from IRCC dated from before March 18
- Candidates at permanent residency who have been approved before March 18

If your situation is not in the list, I am afraid you cannot enter Canada for now.
