SCE rejection - for 5 years not completed after graduation

Hello All,

I came to saudi arabia jeddah on feb 26 as computer programmer (VISA designation) and as per the instructions from my HR i registered in SCE but they rejected my application saying that i have not completed my 5 years.

And i completed my graduation in may 2015 ,and five years gets completed in may 2020.
Am really worried now ,it would be very helpful if any one can suggest me what should i do next.

I suggest you to inform the HR of your employer regarding the rejection of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) with your membership application as Technician (Computer Programmer). This to let you know that it is mandatory for all Technician to register with the SCE prior to the issuance of NEW iqama.

But now in this situation how should i get the new iqama i informed the HR about the rejection and she said me to wait and call the SCE helpline next week to reprocess my application as i will be completing my 5 years in MAY.

Also i would like to know can i change my profession to non engineering profession and get my new iqama.
