The creams are all useless to me, but UV is plentiful here... my daily walk along the beach and occasional splash in the ocean keeps me clear.

When I first got here though I had no trouble getting some betamethasone from a pharmacy. Generally, if a pharmacy has something, they will sell it to you, no prescription needed. So if you need Dovonex or something, you should be able to find it without too much trouble, or at least some local brand with the same payload.

If it's a common medication, you could check at one of the many pharmacies around town. Look for the green signs that usually say "Thuốc Tây" (Western Medicine).
