We are two French pastry chefs and would like to move to HCMC, Hanoi or Danang to open our own business.
We have been travelling over the world for 10 years and after a few years of reflection and study market, we want to move to Vietnam to bring pastry values to peoples.
The idea is to create a bespoke and personalized pastry business ( mostly Birthday and Wedding cake ) to private and a few companies.
The idea is to start making them all from home, as we can do it in Europe for example.
Then, once being comfortable with it, creating courses, moving to a professional kitchen, having a shop...
My questions are :
Is it possible to create products from home in a private kitchen, then sell them?
Which visa should we use for?
100% foreign-invested enterprise is relevant for it?
