I Want Help For My Father..!

My Father's Owner filed a huroob on his iqama and i want help Please Mail Me If any expert Know about this.
My father is sick but he can't go for the checkup because he did not have any letter from hukumat or owner without the letter of permission he can't go for the check up because this is the rule of saudia arabia if any one have huroob on his iqama then the person did not allowed to go anywhere even for the checkup...!
My father had clamed on his owner (kafeel) but hukumat gave date 12-08-2020
Please if any expert want to know more about this.
