First, you must have GENUINE job offer letter from a licensed and registered company or hospital in KSA who desire to hire you. Then, the company or hospital will contact an agent at your home country to process your work visa.
I don't think you can obtain a work visa at your own to work in a company in Saudi Arabia. Hope this help.
