Hello all,
I am South African, I have been living in NL for 4 years. My brother wants to come over and look for a job in Amsterdam. I only have a special skills visa (and a BSN), am I allowed to sponsor him? What does this entail?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
I'm pretty certain that you can't do this; family visas are normally restricted to immediate family (i.e. your wife, partner, husband plus kids; plus parents who are absolutely dependent on you.
My advice is to speak to the IND who ultimately will make the decision; this link will take you to their contact details.
