You are asking for advice about chances of your medication being seized by Malaysian customs when you are HIV Positive but your agent is fraudulently and illegally stating that you are HIV Negative?

What you are doing would be illegal and I believe that Malaysian customs do not let medicines through the mail system without checking exactly what they are since they are seriously anti drug. Having said that, with them knowing that there is a foreigner with HIV in the country and having your name and address or at least your address, it would be easy for them to check with immigration and find out what is really going on.

You  are lying for two main reasons that one can read from your post. Firstly, you cannot accept a condition that you know  to be manipulated unless of course it is giving you some gain, which in this case, I don't see what gain you are getting by accepting that you are HIV+ when according to you, you are not. Secondly, it's foolish that you know very well the HIV policy in Malaysia and yet, you appear very comfortable with the knowledge that it is your agency that changed your status to +Ve. How? Is it  the recruitment agency that was doing the medical test? I doubt! Again, why have you taken the route to expose your case publicly instead of reporting it to the Police , immigration or employment ministry in Malaysia? Something is not adding up here!

I believe he stated that he changed his status from neg to pos with the agency. So hes being honest and is simply concerned with how to get the medication in Malaysia. If i understood the post correctly.

If that was true he would not be able to receive an employment Visa in Malaysia. HIV+ individuals are not allowed to receive a visa into Malaysia.

Ok, thanks, didn't realize that.

He says that he has HIV and he accepts this and that his doctor in the Philippines can send him the medication for that. He is concerned about receiving HIV medication through the post. He also says the agency changed the result from negative....I believe he means to say that the agency changed the result to negative.

I think to avoid misunderstanding, the OP should clarify if he does actually have HIV or not.

But in anycase, if he doesn't have HIV and the agency changed it to positive (I don't think this is what he is saying) then he should complain or get a new medical). And, if he is actually HIV+ and I think this is what he is saying since he talks about having his doctor in the Philippines send his medicine through the post and he is worried it will get stopped by Customs, then he is not allowed to work in Malaysia and should cancel his application to work in Malaysia.

Yes

So really it's up to you then. You are taking a gamble as to whether someone will find out with the result that you will be deported and probably banned from entering Malaysia for work purposes and possibly tourism too. Why not find a country that is less strict on HIV? Someone on the Taiwan Forum was asking a similar question about HIV tests when planning to work in Taiwan and they had the same problem that those with HIV cannot work in Taiwan. Maybe try looking for countries that have less strict regulations.
