Steps in Marrakech or Rabat:
British Embassy - 2 documents (Marrakech & Rabat)
Ministry of Justice - Get Police Check (Rabat)
Ministry of Foreign Affairs - To get documents from Bristish Embassy legalised and stamped (Rabat & Agadir***)
Back to Ministry of Justice - Collect Police check (Rabat)

Need all these documents translated in Arabic before next step

Go to the local Family Court submit documents, inc small fee. Then you await to go before the judge. If the judge approves then you will move onto the next step..

Go to Police give them papers the court will send with you - police will interview then they will prepare a paper and send it to the Family court (they can send it with you if you pay them or they will courier it which takes a few days)

Go back to the Family Court and await permission

***Please note: if you go to Marrakech to get the 2 documents then they will need to be legalised in Agadir at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They do not legalise them in Marrakech.
Also note Police check can not be obtained from Marrakech. You can only get it from Ministry of Justice in Rabat. Easiest option is to do it online and have it sent to your partners First Instance Court in their village/city. You do need to be present to collect this.
