I'm going back home to the Philippines and I'm using gulf air which means I'll have a stop over in Bahrain. If I buy 1 liter of Alcohol in duty free in Bahrain, will I be able to pass through security or will they confiscate the alcohol?

Outbound from Bahrain they don't really care. And besides, the duty free is AFTER security and you board the plane at the gates in that area. Just make sure that it is compliant with the duty free allowances in your home country.
