Better to look for hotel furnished apartment, little expensive but with every facilities. Most of them are located in Al Maseef Abu Bakr road which is close to that area . I'm staying in the same. Let me know if u need any other information.

how much these hotel aparment charge if we take on monthly basis?

You would be charged around 2500 riyal Sanofer but u can share it  with ur friend
