The Company A had helped to apply for EP but rejected due to the incorrect qualification selected and job bank posting issue. Therefore, my current ep application showed rejected under eponline. The Company A PIC said they can only appeal after the 14 days of job bank posting. Now, i receive an offer from Company B. Do I need to request the Company to withdraw the rejected EP application or the Company B can go for new EP application without any impact?

I think... As long as company A did not go for "appeal", meaning, you are not under any visa yet.
Then, there should be no problem for company B to make new EP application. since it is new company new position..
