Not standard in Ecuador, don't think have ever seen one.

apartment we rented in Salinas has one in each bath. careful not to aim between the seat and the top of the toilet, you could find about a gallon of water on the floor when done 'washing up'.  i won't say how i know this, but i do.

Thanks for the reply, I never miss, I sit.... Just wonder how they got it there, they are heavy to ship from the states, but I really do need one and would put it in a rental unit and leave it if I leave if I have to.
