Hello,
please advise how to cancel 2 year multiple visit visa after 14 month. my wife is now in India. she spend here 6 month and back to India. now I want to apply for 1 year visit visa for my wife & kid too. 2 year visa is still valid 9 month remaining. so, I need to cancel it and make visa for both in order to renew and re-enter for same date.

Go the agent office in your home country i.e. VFS Tahseel or Etimad in most cases. However, I don't see the point of cancelling it. Extension of days of stay is based on entry dates which will be the same for both. And there isn't much difference in expiry dates i.e. 3 months at most.
