My name is Ibrahim Indian working jeddah.i have girl friend in indonesia.i would like to marry to her.My question is If I bring here tourist visa can marriage legally or what are procedure do marriage here in saudi arabia.please share your feed back.

from a legal perspective, if you want to marry her inside Saudi Arabia, your girlfriend should have a valid Iqama in order to stay with you, if not, even if you marry her inside Saudi Arabia, you need to apply for a family visa and go through the standard process, then your girlfriend shall go back to her country "or any country els based on the visa destination" to have it stamped on her passport and come back again as a dependant to you
