Marrying a morrocan and self employed

Hi

I'm considering finding a Moroccan spouse in the near future but confused as to how I would would prove my employment and salary if I'm self employed.

I'm born and bred in the UK. I'm currently a mature student at university studying civil engineering. I recieve a rental property income and dividends on savings. I don't have any pay slips. I have copies of my annual tax returns to HMRC and i recieve a certificate of profit on my savings yearly - would this suffice in a morrocan marriage court?

Hi Suley143,

Welcome to Expat.com and thank you for your introduction. :)

I would advise you to go through the topics in the Formalities and procedures in Morocco section, you will find some threads about marriage and its formalities.

Hope it helps.

Thanks,

Priscilla
