Seeking re-entry to Singapore

We (me and my wife) overstayed on a tourist visa in Singapore. Accordingly, we were asked to pay a fine of SGD x00 and were asked to book tickets and leave from Singapore.
We were also told that there is no ban on entering Singapore in future and can work/visit but we have to request entry to Singapore whenever we wish to come there. Now, one of us has an offer letter to join a firm there. We were wondering how to proceed with the appeal letter for the same?

Any cues?

Did you read old threads? We have written many times about this. Start reading old threads, we have answered most of questions multiple times.

Let your employer apply work pass and wait for approval then come with IPA letter. Any visit prior to approval, can contact ICA (if you want to get prior approval from ICA before visit as a tourist). Good luck
