Parking with RIVERAIN CARD in the Commune

Hello Everyone,

I've searched in forum and internet but couldn't find clear information.

I've got Riverain Card (Carte de Riverain) from Saint Josse Ten Noode commune. Lady from commune told me that I can park to Green zones. STJN has only Green and Red Zones.

I'm totally new about driving and parking in Brussels.
My questions are;
Should I use parking machines on the street and get ticket or sth for green zones?
Or it's free parking for me in the commune territory for green zones?
Or only a radius of my place is free for parking(street name on the card)?

I've got the information from the commune. For the people who might need same information;
It's free to park in Green Zones in the commune territory for Riverain Card holders.

"Green Zone:
Applies to all of Saint-Josse's roads, except for the red zones.

Paid, except for holders of a waterfront(riverain) card or other types of exemption card."
