Does anybody have a name or number for a dependable builder in Isaan? Looking to build a small 2 bedroom. Have property in Baan Kham Kah.

There are many reliable and good Thai Builders who even deliver pre constructed houses in Thailand from about 350 K THB to any price you obviously would like to pay. My wife and I were watching some of these videos on You Tube a few weeks ago
One guy actually delivers a two bedroomed house for 550 K THB and says it is guaranteed for 25 years

Just be aware that their are also a few scam artists out there but most Thais are extremely honest and will help where they can.
I have just seen a lovely house built in my village for 800 K THB and another one for 440 K THB
