Legal procedure for Unpaid Loans in Saudi Arabia

Greetings. I just want to ask some advice regarding the case of my wife. She has a loan from Al Rajhi Bank and was working before in government hospital but due to some unexpected circumstances, she was terminated in her work. For almost one year, she has no work and we barely paid also the monthly payment for the loan. This year, she found a job here in Saudi Arabia but she needs to go home first to her home country for exit visa.

Unfortunately, the jawazat (ministry of interior) didn't issue her exit visa because of her loan and she need to go Makhama (Ministry of Justice) to settle the problem. So now, according to the bank, we need to pay all the Outstanding Amount of the loan which is 50,000.

My question is that is it possible for me to transfer her to my name so she can go exit and come back again for her new job?
