Hi,

I came here with my own visa 3 years ago. Recently i got an offer from a good company to which I accepted. My current employer accepted my resignation, but my sponsor (Kafeel) is not willing to give transfer. Its my own visa/iqama, my current employer hired me and gave my iqama to them. Now he is not giving me transfer and giving me final exit once the notice period finishes. Please let me knowif he is authorized to not give me transfer despite the fact that i came here with my own visa? Help me what should i do next.

As long as your sponsorship under his name, he has the right to issue a final exist visa
The only way that may help you is to have an evidences that your employer is not following labor laws like
1- not being paid for the last three months
2- your iqama expired
